Discovering and Designing New Possibilities for Your Life
A Full-day crash course in addressing your need to explore new directions
Stuck in your job? Lacking a feeling of purpose in you life? Not sure what job is best for you?
Discovering and Designing New Possibilities for Your Life is a new version of a course based on The OPEN™ System for Creative Problem Solving, a book and a system that Jim created in 1990 and taught at select corporations and schools, including a recent course at the Learning Collaborative in New City, New York.
In this hands-on, interactive workshop, participants will learn a life-changing process that they can use anytime they feel stuck, trapped, lacking purpose, or wanting a change of direction. Based on Jim’s extensive experience teaching and writing about creative thinking, the revised workshop includes design thinking and is modeled in part on a similar course at Stanford University’s dSchool.
Because this is a test run of the newer version of the course, there will be no fee for the the day’s workshop; however, the class size will be limited. RSVP quickly to Jim at 914-263-1164.
Jim Evers, a retired educator, writer, and trainer, is currently founder of Grassroots Projects (grsssdrootsprojects.org) and an instructor at The Learning Collaborative, New City, New York.
